Instructions:
In a blender, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, dried basil, dried parsley flakes, ground white pepper, hot pepper sauce (if desired), and dried minced garlic (if desired).
Mix the items well by blending them for 30 seconds on high speed.
Place your choice of meat in a container or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it.
Cover the container or seal the bag, then refrigerate for up to 8 hours to allow the meat to marinate.
