Ingredients:
1 pound pasta (any type), cooked until al dente
2 jars spaghetti sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 onion, chopped
2 red bell peppers, cut into chunks
One and a half pounds of sliced, skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 pound Italian sausages, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
Heat the olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breast and Italian sausages to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
Stir in the chopped onion and bell pepper and continue sautéing until the meat is cooked through.
Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste. Remove any leftover grease from the skillet.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, spaghetti sauce, and the sautéed meat and vegetable mixture. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a large baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture in the baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and melted, in a preheated oven.
Take it out of the oven and allow it to cool a little before serving.
