Best Ever Easy Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients:

4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups water
3 large carrots, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups fresh or frozen cut green beans
4 cups tomato juice
1/2 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
4 cups fresh or frozen corn
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 bay leaves

Instructions:

Put the potatoes, water, carrots, onion, salt, and pepper in a big pot.
. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat, cover the saucepan, and simmer for about 25 minutes or until the potatoes and carrots are tender.
Add the remaining ingredients to the saucepan, including the green beans, tomato juice, cooked ground beef, corn, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and bay leaves.
Cover the saucepan again and simmer for an additional 30 minutes, or until the soup is heated through, stirring occasionally.
Before serving, remember to discard the bay leaves.
