Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

4 large Russet Potatoes, cut into wedges
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan Cheese
Dipping Sauce options: Bleu Cheese with Parsley, Ketchup, Queso, Artichoke and spinach dip, Greek Yogurt mixed with Ranch, Salsa, Honey Mustard

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).Cover a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
After chopping the potatoes, put the wedges in a basin.
Drizzle the potato wedges with olive oil and stir well to coat them evenly.
In another bowl, mix together the Italian seasoning, salt, and garlic powder.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potato wedges, making sure to coat them thoroughly.
Add some recently grated Parmesan cheese to the wedges.
Place each potato wedge on the prepared baking sheet, with the skin side down.
Bake the potato wedges in the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until they are tender. Using a fork, you can gauge how sensitive they are.
Garnish the baked potato wedges with fresh parsley.
Serve the potato wedges with a variety of dipping sauces such as Bleu Cheese with Parsley, Ketchup, Queso, Artichoke and spinach dip, Greek Yogurt mixed with Ranch, Salsa, or Honey Mustard.
