Baked Crab Legs in Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

1 lb (453.59g) king crab legs
4 tablespoons (56g) unsalted butter, melted
Three minced garlic cloves (approximately one tablespoon)
1-2 teaspoons (4g-8g) Creole seasoning
1/2 tablespoon (7.5ml) lemon juice
1 tablespoon (3g) chopped chives or parsley
Lemon wedges, to serve

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
When you’re ready to cook, cut the crab legs in half so that the flesh of the crab is visible. For this, you can use scissors or kitchen shears.
The crab legs can be put on a baking sheet or in a pan that is oven-safe.

Put the minced garlic, melted butter, and Creole spice in a small bowl. Give the mixture a minute or so in the microwave.
Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the lemon juice. Mix well.
Brush the butter mixture all over the crab legs, reserving any excess for serving.
The crab legs should be well roasted after about five minutes in the preheated oven.
Sprinkle the crab legs with chopped chives or parsley.
Serve immediately with the remaining butter sauce and/or lemon wedges for squeezing over the crab meat.
Enjoy your baked crab legs in butter sauce, which are flavored with garlic, Creole seasoning, and lemon juice. It’s a simple and delicious way to enjoy the succulent meat of king crab legs.
