Apple Pie Biscuits

Ingredients:

1 can buttermilk biscuits
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Icing:

1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 tablespoon milk

Instructions:

Lightly grease a pan or skillet.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Coat each cookie completely in the sugar mixture after dipping it in melted butter. . Arrange them in the pan.
Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces. Mix in vanilla extract. Arrange over the biscuits. Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the top and drizzle with the remaining butter.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.
Make the icing by mixing confectioner’s sugar with milk. Drizzle over the warm apple pie biscuits before serving.
