Ingredients:
20-25 chicken wings
1 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
1/2 tsp Lawry’s garlic salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
Alfredo sauce:
2 Tbsp butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp onion powder
3 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Clean the chicken wings with a mixture of salt, vinegar, and cold water. Rinse and pat dry.
Season the chicken wings, then place them on a cooling rack. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, turn them over and continue to bake.
. Flip them again and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cooked through.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the Alfredo sauce. Melt butter in a pan over a medium heat.
Slowly whisk in the heavy whipping cream. Add the seasonings and bring to a light boil.
After lowering the heat, simmer for three minutes or so, or until it thickens somewhat. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until well incorporated.
Once the chicken wings are cooked, add them to the Alfredo sauce in the pan. Toss to coat evenly.
Plate the Alfredo-coated chicken wings and serve.
