📝 Ingredients

For the seafood filling:

  • 200g (7 oz) shrimp (peeled, deveined, chopped) 🦐
  • 200g (7 oz) lump crab meat 🦀
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋

For the base:

  • 6 biscuits (store-bought or homemade)

For topping:

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)
