Soft sweet bread

 

INGREDIENTS :
325g (2 5 ⁄8 cups) all-purpose flour
120 ml (1 ⁄2 cup) hot milk
30g (2 tablespoons) sugar
2g (1 teaspoon) salt
7g of dry yeast
1 egg
25g (2 tablespoons) unsalted butter.
METHOD :
Whisk hot milk with sugar, eggs and yeast.
combine salt with flour and upload to beverages.
Knead the dough until easy and set aside for 10 mins.
Knead the tender butter into the dough.
Set the dough apart for 30 minutes, then cut into pieces and roll every one.
Roll the dough into cigars and region it on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Set apart for an hour, brush with egg wash earlier than cooking.
Bake at 160C/320F for 20 minutes .
