Ingredients:
400g can of condensed milk
350g milk chocolate, chopped
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt
Christmas sprinkles for decoration
Method:
Prepare the Tin: Line a 1.25L loaf tin with baking paper, leaving some overhanging the sides for easy removal later.
Melt Ingredients: In a large heatproof bowl, combine the condensed milk and chopped chocolate. The bowl should be set over a pot of water that is simmering. Keep stirring until the liquid melts and becomes smooth.
Add Flavorings: Stir in the vanilla essence and salt until well combined.
Pour and Decorate: Pour and Decorate: Smooth the top of the mixture after pouring it into the prepared pan. Quickly add the Christmas sprinkles on top before the fudge sets.
Chill: Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
Serve: Use the overhanging baking paper to lift the fudge out of the tin. Slice into squares and enjoy!
