1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1 container Coconut Pecan Frosting
2/3 cup Oil
1 cup Water
4 large Eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped Pecans
Additional Pecans for topping
For the Topping:
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup chopped Pecans
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare Cake Batter: In a mixing bowl, blend together the cake mix, oil, eggs, water, and coconut pecan frosting until smooth. Add the 1/2 cup of pecans, cut fine, and fold.
Bake Cake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean after about 40 minutes of baking.
