Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 cups beef broth
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Brown Ground Beef: Place the ground beef and chopped onion in a big saucepan and cook over medium heat until the beef is completely browned and the onion is tender.
Drain any excess fat.
Add Beef Broth: Add the beef broth and heat until it boils.
simmer Macaroni: Add elbow macaroni and simmer, uncovered, until just al dente, about 7 to 8 minutes.
Add Cheese and Milk: Reduce the heat to medium-low, then stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese.
Keep swirling until the soup is creamy and the cheese has melted completely.
After seasoning, serve: Add salt and pepper to taste when preparing the soup. Ladle into bowls and enjoy!
