Classic Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Toppings of your choice (e.g., fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, nut butter)

Instructions:

In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds (if using), vanilla extract, and sweetener (if desired).
Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Seal the jar or container and refrigerate it overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Stir well the oats in the morning. You may thin out the consistency if it’s too thick by adding a little amount of milk.

Top your overnight oats with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, or a drizzle of nut butter.
Enjoy your delicious and nutritious overnight oats straight from the fridge!
