Classic Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

2 to 3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Using a fork, mash the ripe bananas in a mixing dish until they are smooth.
Mix the mashed bananas with the melted butter.
Stir in the salt and baking soda. Add the vanilla essence, sugar, and beaten egg and stir.
Mix in the flour until just incorporated. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan once it’s ready.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, in a preheated oven.

After the banana bread has cooled in the pan for ten minutes, move it to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Slice and enjoy this delicious banana bread warm or at room temperature.
