Fresh Apple Bundt Cake

Ingredients (Serving 12):

2 cups apples, peeled, cored, and diced
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup orange juice
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar for dusting

Instructions:

Preparation:

Set the oven temperature to 175 degrees Celsius, or 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a 10-inch Bundt or tube pan with butter and flour. Diced apples should be combined with 1 tablespoon white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a medium-sized bowl. Set aside.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Mixing the Batter:
Two cups white sugar, oil, orange juice, vanilla, and eggs should all be combined in a big basin.
Beat at high speed until smooth.
Stir in the flour mixture and then fold in the chopped walnuts.
Assembly and Baking:
Fill the prepared pan with one-third of the batter.
. Sprinkle half of the apple mixture on top.
Alternate layers of batter and apple filling, ending with batter.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the top bounces back when lightly touched, in a preheated oven.
After letting the cake set in the pan for ten minutes, turn it out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.

Finishing Touches:
Once cooled, sprinkle the cake with confectioners’ sugar.
