Fresh Fruit Three-Tiered Cake

Ingredients:

1 large watermelon
2 oranges, sliced
2 lemons, sliced
2 limes, sliced
3 kiwis, sliced
1 cup green grapes
1 cup red grapes
1 cup strawberries, halved
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup cherries
1 cup melon balls (cantaloupe, honeydew)
Toothpicks or small wooden skewers
Decorative platter or base
Instructions:

Prepare the Fruits:

Slice Watermelon Bases:
Slice the watermelon into thick rounds to create three different sizes for the cake tiers.
Prepare Other Fruits:
Thinly slice oranges, lemons, limes, and kiwis.
Melon ballers can be used to shape cantaloupe and honeydew melons into balls.

Assemble the Tiers:

Base Construction:
Place the largest watermelon round on the decorative platter as the base.
Position the second, slightly smaller watermelon round in the center.
To construct the top tier, place the smallest round watermelon on top.
Decorate with Fruits: Attach Slices:
Attach orange slices, kiwis, and other fruits to the watermelon tier sides using toothpicks or tiny skewers.
Arrange Berries and Cherries:
Artfully arrange grapes, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and cherries on and around the tiers. Add Melon Balls:
Place melon balls decoratively on the tiers for added visual appeal.

Stability Check:
Make sure the framework is solid and all the fruits are positioned firmly.
