Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Sausage

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs baby potatoes, quartered
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Quartered baby potatoes, sausage slices, ranch dressing, milk, onion and garlic powders, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a big mixing dish.
After transferring the mixture to a baking dish that has been oiled, cover it with foil.
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil, stir the mixture, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake, uncovered, for a further 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling, and the potatoes are soft.
