Ground Beef and Gravy over Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

4-5 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tablespoons butter
Half a cup of milk, or more to get the right consistency

Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Ground Beef and Gravy:

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

Make the Mashed Potatoes:
Boil the cubed potatoes in a large pot until fork-tender. Drain the water completely.
