Soft lemon cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Powdered sugar, for dusting

PREPARATION:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a huge bowl, beat the butter and sugar until mild and fluffy, approximately 3 minutes. upload the eggs, separately, and beat until mixed. upload the lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract and beat till combined.
regularly add the dry elements to the moist substances and beat till blended.
Drop through tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or till the edges are lightly golden.
permit cool on baking sheets for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
