Scrambled Egg Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

4 slices of bread (your choice of bread)
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
One cup of shredded cheese, such as mozzarella, cheddar, or any other preferred type

Preparation:

Mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until thoroughly blended.
In a nonstick pan set over medium heat, melt the butter.

Transfer the egg mixture into the skillet and heat, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked to your preferred consistency and are scrambled.. Remove from heat.
Heat a different griddle or pan to a medium temperature.
Spread a thick layer of shredded cheese on one side of each of the two slices of bread.
Place a spoonful of the scrambled eggs over the cheese on top of one of the bread slices.

Top the eggs with the last bread piece, cheese side down.
Cook the sandwich on the preheated skillet or griddle for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
The sandwich can be served whole or sliced in half after being taken out of the skillet and allowed to cool for a minute or two.
