Homemade Strawberry Jam

500 gr of strawberries (well ripe)
260 gr of sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Step 1
Wash and disinfect the strawberries well, remove the green leaves and cut them into quarters. If they are very large, cut them into eight small pieces.

Mix all the ingredients well until they are integrated and beat over medium heat until the sugar melts. After 15 minutes, crush the strawberries with a masher.

When the jam is ready, it should be slightly transparent.
