Fried Bologna Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:

6 slices of bologna
4 slices of bread
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 thick slices of tomato
2 slices of cheddar cheese
Cooking spray

Instructions:

Using two pieces of bread, spread one spoonful of mayonnaise on them.

Place a slice of tomato on each bread slice with the mayo.
Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the tomato slices.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove and spray it well with cooking spray.
Slice an “X” through the center of each piece of bologna and place them into the skillet.
Fry the bologna for 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized and slightly charred.
Remove the cooked bologna from the skillet and place three slices on each sandwich.
Top each sandwich with the remaining bread slices.
Serve the fried bologna sandwiches and enjoy!
