3 cups water

Instructions:
After adding the olive oil to the Instant Pot’s bottom, choose the sauté option.
Sauté the chopped onion until softened.
Stir in the ground beef, garlic powder, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until the ground beef is cooked through. Drain any excess fat, and transfer the meat mixture out of the Instant Pot. Set it aside for later.

Put the Instant Pot’s lid on and turn it to seal.
Cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
After cooking for the whole amount of time, let the pressure naturally relax for five minutes. To discharge the remaining pressure, carefully put the valve into the venting position.
Once it is safe to do so, open the lid, return the cooked meat mixture to the Instant Pot, and stir everything together to combine well.
