1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1 cup aged white cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Green Beans:

1 pound green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

To make the steak bites, sprinkle salt and pepper over the meat cubes. Two tablespoons of butter should be melted in a pan over medium heat. After adding, sauté the minced garlic for one minute. When the steak cubes are cooked to your preferred doneness and have browned on both sides, add them to the pan.. Remove from heat and set aside.
For the aged white cheddar mash: Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and return them to the pot. Add milk, 1/4 cup of butter, and grated cheddar cheese. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
For the green beans: In a separate skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. When the green beans are soft but still crunchy, add them and season with salt and pepper.
