Ingredients:
1 packet Taco Seasoning
1 pound ground beef
½ cup salsa
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
12 6-inch tortillas
Directions:
Crumble the ground beef into a skillet and cook it thoroughly.
Drain the grease from the skillet.
Add the packet of Taco seasoning mix to the cooked ground beef, following the directions on the package.
Cream cheese should be beaten until smooth in a medium-sized bowl.
Add the salsa to the cream cheese and blend well.
Take a tortilla and place a spoonful of the cream cheese and salsa mixture in the center.
Add a spoonful of the taco-flavored beef on top to cover the salsa and cheese mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Just like you would with a burrito, fold the tortilla over the filling.
Lightly spray a baking tray and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
The tortillas should be rolled and placed on the oiled tray.
Melted butter should be brushed over the tortilla wraps’ tops.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add your choice of toppings, such as lettuce, salsa, sour cream, olives, and more cheese.
