Easter Bunny Bait

Ingredients:

4 cups rice Chex cereal
2 cups pastel Easter M&M’s
1 bag of white chocolate chips (about 12 oz)
Sea salt, to taste
One cup of broken pretzel sticks is optional.

Optional: Pastel-colored sprinkles

Directions:

Spread the rice Chex in a thin layer on a large baking sheet.
Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the Chex, ensuring each piece is coated.
Sprinkle the Easter M&M’s, pretzel pieces (if using), a touch of sea salt, and pastel-colored sprinkles over the Chex mixture before the chocolate sets.
Allow the mixture to sit until the chocolate hardens. You can refrigerate it to speed up the process or let it set at room temperature.
Once the chocolate has set, break the Easter Bunny Bait into chunks and serve.
