INGREDIENTS
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
¹/⁴ cup vegetable oil
Warm water
PROCEDURE
Step 1– Sieve flour, add all the dry ingredients and mix well (sugar, salt, yeast) then make a whole in the middle, pour in oil, mix well until it becomes like crumbs
Step 2: Add two cups or more of warm water to the flour and mix thoroughly to form a dough (the flour should be medium in texture rather than too soft or too firm).until the dough stops sticking in your hands
Step 3– Leave to proof for 30 minutes, Grease your pan with butter or oil then start making them in small round like a ball to your baking tray or loaf tin
Step 4– Leave again to proof for 15 minutes, Preheat the oven 200°C, when the oven is hot enough, you can put in the baking pan
