Easy and Spongy Milk Bread

Ingredients:

4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg, beaten

Directions:

Mix the instant yeast, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, and salt together in a large mixing basin. Blend well.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the warm milk, melted butter, and beaten egg. Stir until a soft dough forms.
After transferring the dough to a surface dusted with flour, knead it for approximately ten minutes, or until it becomes elastic and smooth.
After putting the dough in a bowl that has been oiled, cover it with plastic wrap or a fresh kitchen towel. Let it rise for one to two hours, or until it has doubled in size, in a warm location.
Punch down the dough to release the air once it has risen. Return it on the floured surface and cut into pieces that are the same size.

Each part should be formed into a ball and placed, with some space between them, in a loaf pan that has been buttered.
For a further 30 to 45 minutes, cover the loaf pan with a fresh kitchen towel or plastic wrap to let the dough to rise. , or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom and the top is golden brown.
After taking the bread out of the oven, let it to cool in the pan for a short while. When it’s entirely cool, move it to a wire rack and slice.
