Ingredients:
5 cups flour
1 tablespoon dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter
100 grams ghee
1 egg yolk
Sesame seeds
Preparation:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dough and knead until well mixed.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
Take one portion of the dough and stretch it out to form a flat cake shape.
Brush the flattened dough with melted butter and roll it up tightly.
Let the rolled dough sit for 30 minutes.
Repeat steps 3 to 5 with the remaining portions of dough.
Once all the rolls have rested for 30 minutes, roll them up again and brush with butter. Shape them into rolls.
Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and make cuts on the top.
Let the rolls sit for 1 hour to rise.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
Grease each roll with the egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
