Naan Rolls

Ingredients:

5 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
A pinch of salt
1 packet yeast (purple packet)
1/2 cup oil
2 beaten eggs
2 cups warm water and milk (1 cup water + 1 cup milk)

Instructions:

Combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.. Add the oil and use your hands to create crumbs.
Make a hole in the middle of the mixture and add the beaten eggs. Start adding the warm milk and water mixture gradually to form the dough. Use about 1 1/2 to 2 cups of the warm milk and water mixture, kneading well until the dough comes together.
In a warm area, let the dough rise until doubled in size.
Once the dough has risen, divide it into balls and place them in a greased pan. Allow the balls to rise again.
Brush the risen dough balls with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds or poppy seeds on top.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the rolls until the tops turn golden.
Remove from the oven and enjoy the delicious Naan Rolls.
