Ingredients:
500g green beans (blanched)
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped red, yellow, and green peppers
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning
1 tin of tuna
1/2 cup mayonnaise or any dressing of your choice
1 tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions:
Blanch the green beans by bringing a saucepan of salted water to a boil.
Prepare an ice bath by combining cold water and ice cubes in a large bowl and set it aside.
Add the prepped green beans to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes until they become bright in color, crisp, and tender.
Remove the green beans from the saucepan and immediately plunge them into the ice bath. Leave them in the ice bath for 5 minutes, then drain.
In another saucepan, heat the olive oil and add the mushrooms, peppers, and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning. Combine all ingredients and sauté for several minutes.
After taking the saucepan off of the burner, let the mixture to cool.
Once cooled, add the tuna, mayonnaise (or dressing of your choice), and fresh parsley to the mixture.
You can also add cherry tomatoes if desired.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Serve and enjoy your delicious green beans and tuna salad.
