Ingredients:
5 eggs
180g of sugar
180g all-purpose flour
Preparation:
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until the mixture becomes fluffy. This process usually takes about 6-7 minutes.
Slowly add the sifted flour to the beaten eggs and sugar mixture, making sure not to release the air from the batter. Mix until well combined.
Preheat the oven to 160°C/330°F. Prepare a 20cm baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
Evenly distribute the batter after pouring it into the baking pan.
A toothpick placed in the center of the cake should come out clean after about 50 minutes of baking in the preheated oven.
Once the cake is baked, open the oven door and let it cool for 10 minutes inside the oven.
After the cooling period, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
