Ingredients:
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Heat up some salted water in a saucepan. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for about 5 minutes, or until they are tender but still slightly crisp. Drain and set aside.
