Ingredients:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken broth (15 oz each)
1 stick butter or margarine
1 lb chicken breasts (fresh or frozen)
1 package frozen egg noodles (24 oz)
Instructions:
In a crockpot, place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
Over the chicken, drizzle the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
Add the stick of butter on top.
Set the crockpot to low heat and cook for 6-7 hours.
Remove the cooked chicken from the crockpot and shred it.
Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
Add the frozen noodles to the crockpot and continue cooking for an additional 2 hours.
Stir the mixture every 30 minutes until the noodles are cooked and tender.
Once the noodles are done, the dish is ready to be served.
