Beef Roast Pot

Ingredients:

Little carrots
1 potato
3 tablespoons creole spice
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon celery chips
1 tablespoon parsley
1 cup water

Instructions:

Chop the potatoes and carrots.
Season the beef roast with creole spice, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, celery chips, and parsley.
Sauté the seasoned beef roast in a skillet over medium heat on the stove until browned on all sides.
Transfer the browned beef roast to a casserole dish.
Transfer one cup of water into the baking dish.
Add more creole spice to taste and cover the casserole dish with tin foil.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Place the covered casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for two and a half hours.
After two and a half hours, remove the tin foil from the casserole dish.
Add the chopped carrots and potatoes to the casserole dish.
Put the casserole dish back in the oven and bake, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes or until the carrots and potatoes are cooked to your desired tenderness.
