Crock Pot Cube Steak

Ingredients:

6 cube steaks
One medium onion, cut into rings after peeling and
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/2 soup can of water
Salt and pepper

Instructions:

One medium-sized onion should have its rings peeled, sliced, and separated.
Season each cube steak with salt and pepper.
Place 2 cube steaks at the bottom of your crock-pot.
Top with onion rings and repeat the layering process, separating each addition of meat with onions to prevent them from sticking together.
Combine the cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, and water in a separate dish.

Cover the meat in the crock-pot with the soup mixture.
Top with the Lipton Onion Soup Mix package sprinkled on top.
Close the crock-pot and turn the heat down to low.
Allow the cube steak to cook for approximately 6-7 hours until tender and flavorful.
Serve the cube steak with the gravy it creates over mashed potatoes, and pair it with a salad or green vegetable for a complete meal.
Note:  If you prefer cream of mushroom soup, you can substitute it for the cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup in this recipe. Enjoy your delicious Crock Pot Cube Steak dinner!
