Ingredients:
2 cups dry Macaroni
6 oz. Claw Crab Meat
8 oz. Shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz. Sour Cream
4 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Flour
1 Spring Onion
1 can Evaporated Milk
8 oz. block Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
4 oz. block Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Peel and devein the shrimp if needed.
Cook the macaroni according to the package directions. Drain well.
Place the drained macaroni in a large mixing bowl.
Add the sour cream to the macaroni and stir well until all the noodles are coated.
Stir in the claw crab meat.
Finely chop the spring onion and set it aside.
Grate the sharp white cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese separately. Set them aside.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan or skillet.
Add the shrimp to the pan and cook, turning and stirring, until lightly done.
Remove the shrimp from the pan and chop them slightly once cooled. Add them to the macaroni mixture.
In the same pan, sauté the finely chopped onions until tender.
Sprinkle flour over the onions and mix well. Let it cook and brown for about a minute.
Slowly add the evaporated milk to the pan, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to thicken.
Gradually add the grated sharp white cheddar cheese to the pan, stirring constantly until the cheese melts.
Cover the macaroni and seafood combination with the cheese mixture. Stir well to combine.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a well-buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over the top.
Sprinkle the panko bread crumbs on top of the mozzarella cheese.
Lightly sprinkle paprika over the dish for added color.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
