Ingredients:
One huge bag of broken-up Dorito Nacho Cheese Chips
1 pound lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 red onion, diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 head of lettuce, shredded
6 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup Italian dressing
2 cups ranch dressing
Instructions:
In a skillet, crumble and brown the lean ground beef. Once cooked, drain any excess fat from the pan.
Add the packet of taco seasoning to the cooked ground beef. Also, add the Italian dressing and ranch dressing. Stir to combine everything and simmer until the liquid is absorbed.
Shred the lettuce and place it in a bowl. After chopping, transfer the tomatoes to a different bowl.
Dice the red onion and place it in a third bowl. Place the shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
Alternatively, you can mix all the ingredients together with the cooked meat instead of placing them in separate bowls. This allows each person to customize their salad with the desired amount of ingredients.
If there are any leftovers of the individual ingredients, you can store them separately in the refrigerator.
