🍋🫚 Turmeric & Ginger Morning Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated turmeric (or ½ teaspoon turmeric powder)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • A pinch of black pepper
