Lemon Blueberry Bread recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons of grated lemon peel
1/2 cup chopped walnuts optional
1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries

Glaze

two tsp lemon juice
One tablespoon of melted butter

One cup of powdered sugar
How to Prepare Blueberry and Lemon Bread
Combine the butter, juice, eggs, and a cup of sugar in a mixing dish. Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Add the egg mixture and milk in turns while stirring. Add the berries, almonds, and lemon peel. Transfer mixture to a loaf pan that has been oiled. Baking for 60–71 minutes at 350 degrees.
