Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into cubes
1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved or quartered
1 large onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
In a large bowl, combine the cubed steak, halved baby potatoes, sliced onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together to coat the steak and potatoes evenly.
Tear off four sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil, each about 12×18 inches in size.
Divide the steak and potato mixture evenly among the four foil sheets, placing it in the center of each sheet.
Bring the long sides of the foil together and fold them over to seal. Roll up the open ends tightly to create a packet, ensuring it is well sealed to prevent any leaks.
Place the foil packets on the grill grates or on a baking sheet if using the oven.
Grill the packets for about 10-12 minutes per side or bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the potatoes are tender.
Open the foil packets carefully, being mindful of the steam.. You can check the steak for doneness and return the packets to the grill or oven if needed.
Sprinkle the cooked steak and potatoes with fresh chopped parsley for garnish.
Serve the Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets directly from the foil or transfer to plates.
