Ooey Gooey Bars

Ingredients:

1 box of dry yellow cake mix
8 tablespoons melted butter
1 egg
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
16 ounces powdered sugar

Instructions:

Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius)
In a medium bowl, combine the dry yellow cake mix, melted butter, and egg. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Press the dough evenly over the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
Beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth in a different, big bowl. Add the beaten eggs and continue to beat until smooth and well combined.
Gradually add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25-30 minutes, or until the bars are set. Be careful not to overbake.
Once done, remove from the oven and let the bars cool completely before cutting into squares.
