Guava Leaf Tea: A Traditional Herbal Drink

Guava leaves have been used in traditional herbal preparations for generations. Many social media posts claim that guava leaf tea can cure diabetes, kidney disease, liver problems, or high blood pressure. While some studies suggest guava leaves contain beneficial plant compounds, there is no evidence that guava leaf tea can cure these medical conditions. It may, however, be enjoyed as part of a healthy lifestyle.
