Taco Pizza

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 can (16 oz) jalapeƱo-flavored refried beans
Two to three cups of shredded Mexican mix or cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives
4 green onions, chopped

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a pan, brown the ground beef and then pour off any extra grease.. Follow the instructions on the taco seasoning packet to season the ground beef.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and place it in an ungreased 11 1/2 inch x 16 1/2 inch jelly roll pan or cookie sheet. Press the dough over the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides to form a crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 11 to 13 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
In a bowl that is safe to use in the microwave, reheat the beans for one minute. Carefully spread the beans over the warm crust, creating a thin layer.
Top with the cooked ground beef mixture, followed by the shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, and chopped green onions.
Return the pizza to the oven for 3-6 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Serve the taco pizza immediately. It can be cut into 12 main dish servings or 48 appetizer-sized portions.
Enjoy this delicious and flavorful taco pizza as a main dish or appetizer. The combination of seasoned ground beef, refried beans, cheese, and toppings creates a tasty and satisfying meal.
