EASY CREPES RECIPE

 

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Follow these steps to make crepes:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs until well combined.
Gradually stir in the milk and water to create a smooth mixture.

Heat a frying pan or griddle that has been lightly greased over medium-high heat.
Pour or spoon approximately 1/4 cup of the batter onto the griddle, using a circular motion to evenly coat the surface.
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, or until the bottom turns light brown.
Carefully flip the crepe using a spatula and cook the other side for a similar amount of time.
Remove the cooked crepe from the pan and serve it immediately.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat and oiling the pan as needed.
