Chipped Beef Cheese Ball

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serving size: 6-8

Ingredients:

2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 package (8 oz.) chipped dried beef, finely chopped (if necessary)
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
3 stalks of green onion, finely chopped (plus extra for optional garnish)
Ritz crackers, for serving

Instructions:

Put the softened cream cheese in a big basin.. Using a mixer or wooden spoon, mix in the finely chopped chipped dried beef and green onions.
Once incorporated, add the garlic powder and onion powder and mix well. Taste the mixture and add salt if desired.
Transfer the mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap and tightly seal it, shaping it into a ball.
Refrigerate the cheese ball for at least 20 minutes, or until it becomes firm.
Serve the cheese ball with Ritz crackers after unwrapping it. Garnish with extra finely sliced green onions, if preferred.
