3-Ingredient Baked Breakfast

1. Preheat the oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe pan with butter or oil.

2. Prepare the eggs

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well until the yolks and whites are fully combined.

3. Add the ingredients

Add the diced potatoes and shredded cheese to the eggs.
Mix gently until everything is evenly combined.

4. Transfer to baking dish

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

5. Bake

Place the dish in the oven and bake for 18–25 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the top becomes slightly golden.

6. Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Slice and serve warm.
